How to use sQuid
Students and staff will have received a letter in the post with their sQuid registration number and security code.
Please register your details with sQuid and create a sQuid account so that you can manage your sQuid account online.
How to create your own online sQuid account
- Go to the sQuid web page www.squidcard.com/banbury where you will find the Banbury School page
- Select ‘Register with sQuid’ to view the web page that outlines how to create an account and register your unique sQuid registration number
- Create a sQuid account by registering your details and create your own Username, Password and security question and answer
- Register your sQuid registration number and 3 digit security code
Once you have created a sQuid account and registered your sQuid registration number you will also be able to manage your sQuid account online at anytime:

Check your account balance

Top up your account from your bank account, credit or debit card

View your transactions

Update your details

What to do if you haven't set up a sQuid account
After 5 February 2010 the catering staff will no longer accept cash.
- If you do not have a sQuid account after this date, students and staff should take money to the school's finance office.
- If you have mislaid the letter with your sQuid registration number please email Jane Ablett at Banbury School with the name of your child and their tutor group.
