Comenius Project

Science teacher, Ellie Foster, is taking part in a Comenius Project. This project means that the school has been awarded 17,000 euros from the British Council in order to take staff and students to Germany, Spain and Norway and to engage students from these countries at Banbury School. The project aims to increase awareness of sustainability and to encourage students and staff to change their behaviours to improve sustainability within Europe. Students will work with other schools across Europe gaining valuable knowledge of the diversity of languages, culture, and sustainable practices. Students will acquire skills for their personal development to lead more sustainable lives and also for future employment as European citizens.
