“Sixth form leaders and managers have a clear vision and a commitment to continual improvement. The quality of care, guidance and support given is excellent and much valued by students. All those interviewed had received skilful advice and preparation for higher education. The sixth form student council is active and effective. Sixth formers attend well.

Sixth form students take on a wide range of responsibilities. They provide first rate support for younger students and to the wider community. This ensures that their personal development is good. They are excellent ambassadors for the school and leave with a great sense of pride. As a year 13 student exclaimed: 'I love my school'.”
